• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • Express Shipping: 3-4 business days
  • International Shipping: 9-14 business days

3. International Shipping

• We ship to selected countries worldwide.
• Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please email us at info@bcare.my within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
